My Sales Policies

 



I use the finest materials in all of my pieces. Construction includes numerous firings. All pieces have been annealed, which strengthens the glass. You will be proud to wear or display your purchase. Custom orders taken, will be delivered as soon as possible. Name pendants usually take up to 2 weeks after written receipt of the Hebrew name. Custom designed commissioned Mezuzah will take longer, depending on the design and its components. All custom Mezuzah orders will be discussed with the client prior to start of work. Approval sketches will be provided. A deposit will be required on large commissioned pieces.

 

 

SALES TAX

We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within Illinois . Sales Tax rates are subject to change.

 

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges will be based on zip code, weight of package and insurance.

 

PAYMENT

Checks and PayPal are accepted . Items will be sent out after check has cleared. For credit card payment you may call or send the card information by email.

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

You can expect delivery in 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays except for custom orders which will be sent as promised on the phone or by e- mail. Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of the USA or Canada . The delivery address must match the address on your Credit Card Statement. All deliveries will require a signature

 

OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return it within 7 days after receipt, for exchange or refund. All Shipping charges will be at customer's expense. Custom orders, that have been personalized, may not be returned. All other items must be in their original condition, not having been worn, or damaged. I promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment. If there is a flaw that was undetected, and not due to wear and tear, I will repair it, if possible; or replace it at my expense. Pieces that were damaged due to misuse will be repaired, if possible, at a reasonable fee. When you receive an order, please take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, contact me for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Then ship the item back to me with a copy of your receipt, include the RMA # on the outside of the package. The item must be well packed, shipped insured, signature required to the address below, shipment without a RMA will be refused.
